Help on downloads
1. You are a blackberry user and you get 403 error when downloading?
This is because the file size is large in context to the allowed quota by your ISP (Internet Service Providers). So to bypass it and download successfully use Mobile Browser with inbuilt Download Manager having 'Download in Blocks' feature.
One of the best for this purpose is UC Browser : Click Here To Download It. In Blackberry After installation go to Settings - Preferences - Network - and change the option Default to 'BIS' and start using it.
Another good browser is Opera Mini

2. Sometimes i get file not found error?
We have 3 download servers for each section. The files are transferred to these servers at specified intervals (generally after each hour). It may sometimes happen we have uploaded the file but the file is not yet transferred to any of these download servers. In such case, wait for sometime (say max an hour or 2). If you still are not able to find the file make a comment and we will look into it.
